  • Anna Shull

    Anna Shull

    Anna Shull joins IRLC from Drake University. She has a B.A. in Criminal Justice and minors in Sociology and Spanish from Iowa State University in Ames, IA. She graduated summa sum laude from Iowa State University and is a Professor David McCord Endowed Scholarship recipient.

    While in law school she is a Member of Drake Law Democrats, a Member of If/When/How club and a Member of Public Interest Law club.

    After law school she plans to work in the area of public interest law. She specifically wants to be able to help those who are in situations of need in their life. With her internship experience in undergrad, she was able to provide support to those affected by domestic violence and/or sexual assault, which was difficult but rewarding work. She knows that not every person is able to seek out and afford legal assistance on their own, so organizations that offer it to them at little or no cost are important and necessary. She hopes to be able to continue with this type of work after law school.

  • Kate Brewer

    Kate Brewer

    Kate Brewer joins IRLC from the University of Cincinnati Law School. She is a graduate of the University of Tennessee graduating summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. She participated in Project Go on a Russian Language Study Scholarship.

    In law school, she works as a site checker for the Human Rights Quarterly and is a representative of LLM & the International Students Club.

    She would like to work internationally in Human Rights upon graduation from law school. She is passionate about the need for immigrants and refugees to have affordable legal representation.

  • Alisa Dayo

    Alisa Dayo

    Alisa Dayo joins IRLC from the University of Cincinnati Law School. She is a graduate of Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University graduating magna cum laude.

    In law school she is a member of the First Gen Law Students. She would like to work in public interest law or human rights.

  • Cecila Giles

    Cecila Giles

    Cecila Giles joins IRLC from the University of Cincinnati Law School. She is a graduate of the University of Florida. She was on Dean’s List and a Florida Academic Scholar.

    After graduating from University of Florida, she taught English at a high school in France for a year. She is interested in International Law and Human Rights.

  • Taylor Gilmore

    Taylor Gilmore

    Taylor Gilmore joins ILRC from Northern Kentucky University. She is a graduate of Transylvania University and made Dean’s List.

    She is currently a Choral Member and Vice President of “LAW” - Legal Association of Women (NKU).

    Her future plans include being a legal consultant to Non Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and companies on Human Rights compliance and International Law.

  • Elnaz Jamshidi

    Elnaz Jamshidi

    Elnaz Jamshidi is entering her second year at The Ohio State University from the Greater Cincinnati area. She is studying International Relations and Diplomacy as well as Middle Eastern Studies. She is currently involved in Model United Nations, Ohio Youth for Climate Justice, International Affairs Scholars Program, Collegiate Council for World Affairs and serves as Head of Outreach for the Persian Student Union.

    Nathan Zavala

    Nathan Zavala is a Junior at the University of Cincinnati from Rhode Island. He is studying criminal justice with a goal to attend law school. His career objective is to pursue a profession in public service with a focus on helping others. He would like to advocate for justice and support individuals who may experience marginalization within the legal system.

    Liliana Molder

    Liliana (Lilly) Molder is a Junior at the University of Cincinnati from Akron, Ohio. She is studying criminal justice. She is currently a member of the Women’s Club and the Pre-Law Club at UC. After graduating, she would like to pursue a legal career. She would like to have her own law firm helping others in the community.

  • Michael Stein

    Michael Stein

    Michael Stein is a native Cincinnatian. He is a Junior at the University of Richmond in Virginia. He is currently preparing for the LSAT. After graduation, he would like to work as a paralegal with the eventual goal of attending law school. In his freshman year of college, he enrolled in a course on the history of the US-Mexico border. This allowed him to have a great understanding of the social and legal history of immigration in the United States.

    Meghana Guntupalli

    Meghana Guntupalli is a freshman at the University of Cincinnati. She is a native Cincinnatian and looking to study law and criminal justice. Her goal is to attend law school. As an immigrant, she has first person experience in the immigrant experience process in the United States.
